Since the introduction of recent Microsoft security updates, CHM files may not be viewed directly on eDocs; trying results in either an "Action canceled" or a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message. To view the file, you must download it to your PC.

If you have Windows XP, you must "unblock" the file after downloading it. Right-click the file, and then click Properties. Click the Unblock button at the bottom of the General tab, followed by OK. Repeat for any other CHM files you wish to view.

Note: You must be logged into Mitel OnLine before you can download the CHM file.
